She has experience teaching circuit style fitness classes designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, build muscle mass, and burn fat. She also has experience teaching TRX, foam rolling, and core targeted classes. Jessica Rapp, Co-Founder

Registered Yoga Instructor, RYT-200

Jessica is a New York City-based yoga instructor passionate about helping others of all ages and abilities maximize their potential for overall health and wellness. Jessica completed her 200-hour RYT teacher training at Yoga Vida and went on to complete an advanced mentorship with Kat Fowler at Pure Yoga. Jessica sees yoga as a toolbox to improve daily life physically, emotionally, and spiritually on and off the mat and is excited to share these tools with others.
